A Luxurious Fitout in Each Apartment

All Apartments feature the same two bedroom, two bathroom design. The triple key system allows the Apartment to be used as a separate hotel room and one bedroom suite or as a two bedroom suite.

Each Apartment also has a separate kitchen, dining area and lounge area, as well as full laundry facilities and lockable cupboards for use by the owner. All the Apartments are air-conditioned with ceiling fans. All Apartments (including bedrooms) also have two separate balconies, each with sea views, pool views or golf course views.

A furniture package is provided with every Apartment, the cost of which is included in the purchase price. The furniture package includes a king bed for one bedroom, two queen beds for the other bedroom, three televisions, dishwasher and a full range of kitchen utensils and table settings.
